Standard cover

All KHASHB furniture is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery under normal household use. The warranty is automatic — no registration needed; your order confirmation is your proof of purchase.

What is covered

  • Structural failure of solid-wood joinery (loose joints, splits or breakage that occur without misuse).
  • Frame breakage in sofas, beds, chairs and tables under normal home use.
  • Defective hardware — hinges, drawer runners, locks, fasteners.
  • Finish defects that appear without external cause within the cover period.

What is not covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, sharp objects or unsuitable conditions (excessive humidity, direct heat or sun).
  • Normal wear and aging of fabric, leather, foam and finishes.
  • Natural variation in wood grain, colour and fabric texture — these are characteristics of handcrafted furniture, not faults.
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than KHASHB.
  • Display, ex-showroom and clearance items, where stated at purchase.

How a claim works

  1. Email info@khashb.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.
  2. Our team responds within one working day and confirms next steps.
  3. Where possible we repair at your home; otherwise we collect, repair or replace the piece at no charge during the cover period.

Damage from misuse, accidents, pets, unsuitable humidity or storage, normal wear of upholstery and finish, and natural variation in wood grain, colour and fabric — these are not faults.
