1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and KHASHB Furnishers (Pvt) Ltd. (“KHASHB”, “we”, “us”) when you use this website, place an order, or contact us about our products and services. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly between the photograph and the physical piece, as our furniture is handcrafted. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of order is the price you pay.

3. Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm receipt by phone, email or WhatsApp. The contract is formed when we confirm the order and dispatch arrangements; we may decline orders for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery for most orders. Bank transfer is available for bulk, corporate and custom orders by prior arrangement. Online card and wallet payments may be enabled in future.

5. Custom orders

Custom-made pieces (bespoke sizes, finishes or fabrics) are produced specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has started, unless the piece is delivered defective or differs from the agreed specification.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan; timelines and charges are described on our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and a contact number; failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur a re-delivery charge.

7. Returns and warranty

Damaged or incorrect deliveries are covered by our Returns Policy, and our furniture comes with a manufacturer warranty described on our Warranty page.

8. Intellectual property

All product photography, design, copy and trademarks on this site are owned by KHASHB or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to post unlawful content, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape it for commercial purposes, or impersonate others.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHASHB's liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the price paid for the affected piece. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
