Where we deliver
We ship across Pakistan from our Lahore workshop. Major cities receive the quickest service — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Quetta and beyond.
Timelines
- In-stock items: dispatched in 2–3 working days; delivered in 3–7 working days depending on the route.
- Custom orders: production typically takes 3–5 weeks. We confirm an exact lead time with you before starting work.
- Large multi-item orders: we may split or consolidate the dispatch to protect the pieces in transit.
Charges
Free delivery on orders of PKR 50,000 or more, anywhere in Pakistan. For smaller orders we share a city-based delivery quote before confirming the order — no surprises at the door.
Cash on Delivery
You can pay our delivery team in cash when your furniture arrives. Inspect the piece on the spot — if anything is wrong, do not accept the order and tell our team immediately so we can fix it.
White-glove handling
For larger pieces (sofas, beds, dining tables) our team carries the furniture inside, completes any final assembly, and removes the packing material. Please ensure access to the room (lift size, doorways, stairs) — we are happy to advise in advance for tight spaces.
Damaged or wrong items on arrival
If a piece arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, refuse the delivery or accept with a note, then contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Returns Policy.
